2026 Whale Shark Adventure: Book Now And Keep 2025 Rates
The adventure begins every day between 6:45 and 8:00 with pickup at your hotel in Holbox and transport to the reception area. Once the group is together, we go on a 1½- to 2-hour boat ride. Once we find the whale shark, the guide will give instructions on how to enter the water. Each person will have up to two opportunities to swim with the whale shark, and swimming time depends on each swimmer’s capacity. After the activity, we go to a reef to do snorkeling while the captain and the guide prepare a delicious fish ceviche. We will also have a chance to see other kinds of marine species, such as dolphins, stingrays, manta rays, Turtles, as well as different kinds of seabirds; this is once we enter the mangrove area.
